Chie Ushio

Chie was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She majored in Fine Arts at Tokyo Metropolitan Art and Music High School and studied film at Nihon University College of Arts.

She graduated from School of Visual Arts, New York in 2004. She worked on many book covers and interiors as a senior graphic designer at Penguin Random House for over 10 years.
Now she works as a design consultant for her clients.

When she has some free time, she loves to sew and knit and paint a mural. She also loves to make ceramics.
